A close eye is kept on all operations from our 24 hour control centre ensuring the level of service provided is constantly monitored.

Key Holding and Alarm Response
Your keys will be held in a secure environment and will each carry a unique code. Keys will only be released under authorised signature.
Response will be carried out by a trained officer who will assess the situation and carry out any relevant action required. i.e: Emergency boarding services; contacting police and emergency services.
Our officer will remain on site until the premises are considered to be safe and secure.
If your procedure for response to alarm activations is for one of your own staff to attend, then we can provide an officer to escort your designated keyholder on the premises, remaining with them until the situation is resolved.
Real Time Patrol Monitoring
Force One Security (UK) Limited utilises the Active Guard patrol monitoring system, enabling full monitoring and reporting of our mobile security guards time and attendance.
